Stakeholder's Questionnaire
Design Canvas
Design canvas helped us to understand how well synced the key stakeholders of an organisation are about the product thus allowed us to stay focused & prioritise on the key aspects of the product.
Business Canvas
Business canvas helped us to understand the key forces (internal & external) which are & will impact the product in long-term.
Value Proposition Canvas
The value proposition canvas has two side. With the Customer Profile we clarify our understanding about the customers/users and with the Value Proposition we describe how we intend to create value for the customer/user.
Value Fit Statement
A value fit statement is a concise expression that articulates how a product aligns with the values, needs, and preferences of its target customer/user. It also communicates the unique value proposition of the product that resonates with potential customers and differentiates it from competitors.
Persona & Interview Schedule
User persona helps identify relevant user segments who would be using the product. Proto persona is a fictitious depiction of the user (drawn in office), whereas actual persona is derived based on facts & findings from an on-field visit.

Primary Nouns & Task Priotitization
Prioritization charts gave us a simple way to assess and analyse what is most impactful to the user and business, in a collaborative, disciplined way.
User's Mental Model
A user's mental model refers to their internal representation or understanding of how a system works, based on their past experiences, knowledge, and assumptions.
The Product's UX Strategy
The product's UX strategy was developed based on data collected from stakeholders and extensive user research, outlining how the user experience will be created, provided, and maintained over the course of a product's lifetime.
Navigation Pattern
It’s worth noting that mobile sites and native apps present unique design challenges. For example, mobile sites have limited gesture controls, while native apps are able to leverage native functionalities. Good blend of information architecture & navigation pattern helps to create the seamless mobile experiences which users desire.
We conclude that the best navigation pattern for our app would work with:
-
Hybrid scheme with combination of Dashboard, Tabbed and Hub & Spoke.
-
Task based organisation scheme.
